Ductile Iron Pipe
Ductile Iron is an improved variety of Cast Iron invented in 1949. It is also known as Spheroidal Graphite Iron or Nodular Cast Iron. Centrifugally cast Ductile Iron pipes are one of the most preferred materials for water supply and sewerage applications across the world due to its host of advantages. Pipes made from Ductile Cast Iron provide substantial benefits in terms of pressure bearing ability, impact resistance and capacity to sustain external static/ dynamic loading.

Product Introduction
ISO2531 Ductile Iron Pipe is mainly used for the conveyance of tap water and is the ideal material of choice for tap water pipes. Its mechanical properties are better improved and it has the essence of iron and the performance of steel. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, good ductility and easy installation, and is mainly used in municipal industrial and mining enterprises for water supply and gas transmission.

ISO2531 Ductile Iron Pipe has high bright surface without bump, no black spot, no cracks and flat weld seams. Ductile iron increases the mechanical properties of cast iron, increases plasticity and toughness to obtain a higher strength than carbon steel. Its comprehensive performance is close to that of steel, and it can be used to cast some parts with complex force and high strength and toughness requirements.
