Ductile Iron is an improved variety of Cast Iron invented in 1949. It is also known as Spheroidal Graphite Iron or Nodular Cast Iron. Product Introduction

ISO2531 Ductile Iron Pipe is mainly used for the conveyance of tap water and is the ideal material of choice for tap water pipes. Its mechanical properties are better improved and it has the essence of iron and the performance of steel. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance, good ductility and easy installation, and is mainly used in municipal industrial and mining enterprises for water supply and gas transmission.

ISO2531 Ductile Iron Pipe has high bright surface without bump, no black spot, no cracks and flat weld seams. Ductile iron increases the mechanical properties of cast iron, increases plasticity and toughness to obtain a higher strength than carbon steel.
